Ceremonial Cacao

Single origin, organic, small batch and hand made in the hills of Northern Thailand by a family from the Lisu hill-tribe.  
 
Pure cacao paste, made by hand, from bean to bar. Floresta Cacao is made in small batches with love and intention;  starting with tending the cacao gardens to hand roasting over an open fire,  and finally wrapping and packaging in our mountain home a few hours away.  
 
This gentle heart-opening, cacao has a balance of both earthy and floral notes, reminicent of the flora growing alongside the cacao such as ylang ylang and hibiscus. It is a soft, gentle cacao that enters the heart with a subtle pulse that echos the softness of and wisdom the northern jungles of Thailand.
