We endeavour to ship your cacao the fastest, most economical and sustainable way possible.
 
Orders within the UK can be posted via Royal Mail 24 or 48 hour tracked. ​​​We aim to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
 
All other destinations are mailed through Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed,  and postage times will vary depending on your location.
 
Due to the nature of cacao, during summer months or if it's left in transit at high temperatures for prolonged periods, there is a chance it can melt. If this happens, you can still use it as it is still perfectly good! Simply place in a cool area to solidify.​
 
We only use compostable and recyclable packaging.
