Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only accept returns for defective or un-opened products only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging. You must return the item(s) within 28 days of receiving it. If you cacao arrived melted, this does not qualify for a return as this does not affect or compromise quality and is still usable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

Please be advised that some packages take longer than others to arrive to us and we strongly suggest you return it to us tracked/insured as we can not be held responsible for lost return packages.

We will not replace or refund any item not in its original condition, damaged or incomplete for reasons not due to our error. If you are returning a product that is not defective, then you will be responsible for covering the return postage costs. We will cover the cost of returning any defective items.

If your order is delayed or deemed missing in the post for more than 14 days and your shipping and contact details are correct, we will send you a new parcel. If an order is deemed missing or returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost to resend your parcel.
